Terms of service

These terms govern WOD.video, operated by Canivel LLC. Effective November 8, 2026. By accepting these terms, you agree to them and acknowledge our Privacy policy.

Eligibility and private testing

The initial release is available to adults 18 or older in the United States. Provide accurate account information and protect your login. Private testing access and features may change as we prepare the public release.

Your recordings

You retain ownership of the content you record and upload. You give Canivel LLC permission to process, store, display and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you select. This permission ends when the relevant content is deleted, subject to necessary provider processing, backups and lawful retention.

Consent and acceptable use

Record only where you have permission. Obtain appropriate consent from identifiable people in your video. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, exploitative, infringing or non-consensual content. Do not impersonate athletes, falsify competition evidence, bypass account restrictions or interfere with the service.

Competition submissions

You are responsible for checking the organizer’s current workout standards, required equipment, framing, timer rules, editing restrictions and supported hosting platforms. Review the complete saved video and test its link before submitting. Organizer approval of overlays and WOD.video links varies. Scores and competition acceptance are decided by the organizer.

Cloud allowances and sharing

Free and Premium accounts have the storage, video-count and per-video allowances displayed in your account. Uploading and public sharing are separate actions. Anyone with a public link can access it until it is revoked or removed. Keep your original video and download important recordings.

Premium and referrals

When paid web subscriptions are enabled, checkout displays the price, billing interval and renewal terms before purchase. You can manage an active subscription through its billing controls. Lifetime Premium is an account-specific entitlement granted by an administrator for the service’s operating lifetime. Referral offers apply only under the terms shown when the offer is made. They have no cash value and may not be misused or stacked contrary to the displayed offer.

Reports and account restrictions

Use Support to report a recording, rights concern or service problem. We may remove sharing or restrict access to investigate violations, protect users or meet legal obligations. Contact support to request review of a restriction. You can request deletion even if access has been restricted.

Availability and responsibility

Device storage, power, camera permissions, network conditions and provider outages can affect recording, export and upload. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, preservation of every capture or acceptance of a competition submission. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Closing your account

You can initiate deletion in the app or website. Public links are revoked immediately and hosted content and private account data enter the deletion process described in the Privacy policy. See account deletion instructions.

Submit questions through Support. We will communicate material term changes and request renewed acceptance when needed.
